Jaipur, October 17. On the initiative of the Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhara Raje all the state government employees would get adhoc bonus which is two times as compared to the previous financial year. About 6 lakh employees would be benefited. As per the order, other than the officers of the state services, all employees having grade pay of Rs. 4,800 or less would be given bonus. Calculation would be made for payment of Rs. 7,000 as bonus for a 31-day month for the financial year 2015-16 against that of Rs. 3,500 for the year 2014-15. This way, every employee would get a maximum of Rs. 6,774 as adhoc bonus. This would impact the state exchequer with additional burden of Rs. 406 crore. Bonus would also be payable to employees of Panchayat Samiti, Zila Parishad and work-charge employees. STATE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES TO GET TWO TIMES BONUS
